At Body Barre Air, we use plenty of props and equipment to keep you on your toes & spice up our classes so that you are constantly feeling challenged and trying something new!

What’s the difference between Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates?
In Pilates we love using lots of props such as Pilates balls, hand weights, weighted balls, bands, magic circles, yoga bricks and ankle weights. However if you are wanting to try Pilates with the reformer beds, we have that for you too! Look for ‘Reformer Classes’ on our schedule.
