You can find us at Unit E, 2 Packard Avenue in Castle Hill, just off Victoria Avenue. If you ever get lost, give us a call and we can meet you out the front.
Inspired to create a feeling of welcome, the Body Barre Air community has been created out of a passion to provide an environment where everyone can feel comfortable.
We believe that wellness goes far beyond heart rates and reps, with a holistic approach that respects the whole person; body, mind and spirit together to meet where we’re at and to grow together. We honour the courage it takes to show up to class and set aside an hour each visit dedicated to challenging yourself to move beyond what you think you can do, and see how much you can soar into strength.

We believe that one approach doesn’t fit all- and that’s why we offer a wide variety of classes, and are open 7 days a week- morning and night. Our classes are varied and dynamic, and some of our classes are even a little bit adventurous! We find our clients leave feeling happier, inspired, have a better sense of confidence, and on top of that, reach their fitness goals. A number on the scale isn’t the end goal, feel new energy and strength after your classes.
We love getting to know you, embracing you as part of our community, and catering to your goals and needs. We make sure our instructors take the time to know you, we hire our staff based on our studio values, and place grace and family in each class.
