STUDIO ETTIQUETTE

Please do not wear clothing with zippers, buttons or anything that could potentially tear or snag the sling material. Jewellery, including rings, bracelets, or earrings cannot be worn during class and please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or lotions.

If you are required to leave early, please do so quietly preferably before relaxation time as it is disruptive to others to leave during this time.

All payments must be received prior to the start of class and there will be no refunds for amounts paid for classes.

All packages and membership are not transferable, can not be shared and can not be extended passed the expiration date.

MOBILE PHONES

All mobile phones are to be set to silent and left in the storage cubes.

BOOKING A CLASS

Online booking can be made via our website or straight from your mobile device using our free booking app which can be downloaded to your smartphone. You can also call or email to reserve your spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 At Body Barre Air we are a small, boutique studio and as such our class numbers are limited. If your class booking needs to be cancelled, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given. This ensures instructors have enough time to plan their class appropriately and waitlisted clients can be notified of availability.

Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of pre-registered classes or workshops will be given a refund (minus the transaction fees), account credit, or the option to book an alternate class. No refunds can be given after the 24 hour cancellation period and you will be required to forfeit a class from your Class Pass or Membership, or pay a cancellation fee of $10. Please notify our lovely reception staff if you would prefer to pay the fee.

To cancel a reservation, you can log into your account via our website or app  or alternatively email info@bodybarreair.com.au, or call (02) 8906 3208 to cancel. You can also send a text to 0416 257 269, the studio mobile.

For 3 Week and Unlimited Monthly Members, up to four (4) non-attendances are permitted monthly. (2 monthly for 3 for 3/week and 4 for Unlimited.) Any non-attendances after that will be charged at the above rate and added to your monthly auto-pay.

If there are less than 3 participants per class, the class may be cancelled and all participants will be notified 24-12 hours prior to the class commencement.
