YIN YOGA

Find the peace you need in Yin, a slow paced style of yoga where poses, known as asanas, are held for longer periods of time to increase the sensation of release. Yin encourages a letting go deep into the tendons, fascia and ligaments to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. After holding a gentle pose that feels just right for five minutes or more, you’ll feel calmer, more centred and aware of your wonderful body.

Yin brings a more meditative approach to yoga, cultivating awareness of inner silence, and slowing down your adrenal glands. We tend to live these days in a constant state of ‘fight or flight’, but the best part of Yin is that it slows you down, focuses you on your breath, and brings you into ‘rest and digest’. 

With props galore to make you comfortable enough to completely relax and focus on your breathing, mindfulness or meditation, let go of your worries and consider this class the ultimate form of self-care.

POWER FLOW

Power Flow breaks all the rules, if you’ve ever thought yoga was too slow and boring, give this class a try! 

Get sweaty in this grounding practice that will leave your heart racing and your body exhilarated. A mix of flowing sequences and tricky balances, this is the flow that lights up your insta feed and makes you feel like a superhuman.

Your core, arms & legs are going to be put to work in this class, which often might focus on standing balances, core work, arm balances, handstands or headstands. With modifications for every skill level, all are welcome, as long as you’re expecting to get your sweat on.

VINYASA FLOW

It may seem like a mouthful, but don't be turned off by the fancy name! The word “Vinyasa” simply means “breath-synchronised movement” or “flow”.
Join us in a class that flows from one pose to the next in time with the breath. 

This flowing movement is dance-like, graceful and a creative style of yoga, whilst staying true to form and technique. You’ll experience all the benefits of a yoga practice while generating heat to increase circulation throughout the body. This heat helps prevent injury, and work deeper into lengthening and strengthening muscles, tendons and hard tissues. When you embrace this warmth, you’ll find yourself able to move deeper into poses, or ‘asanas,’ and feel the full body release that comes. 

Leave feeling lengthened and strengthened, and find yourself increasing core, arm and leg strength after every flow.
